His love is truly amazing. I know that sounds like a cliche', but its true. You are more than what you see in the mirror. You were especially made by your heavenly Father to fulfill a purpose. There is no one like you and you're the only one who can fulfill it. You were created to complete His plan. Ah, I can hear you now. You may be wondering, "What about what I want?" Well, I've discovered that what we want isn't always beneficial for us. Sometimes it can cause more harm than good. We can also miss out on something fantabulous because we want to have things our way.
Read Psalm 139. You are fearfully and wonderfully made! That means everything, your spirit, personality and desires. He placed godly desires in you! The things of this world perverts them. Draw near to Him, He will show you the desires He has placed in your heart, not your head. Trust in this: He knows what it will take to make you truly happy and fulfilled. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you (James 4:8).
My questions for you are: Do you believe you are doing what God created you to do? Are you fulfilling His purpose in it or spinning your wheels? Are you willing to allow God to exchange your will for His will?
My Dear Sister,
ReplyDeleteYour blog is challenging me already. I know that I need to push in more to God's Will so that I don't keep spinning my wheels in some areas. I definitely am willing to exchange my will for His. It's all a matter of faith. There is a brother at church who says: "Fear looks, faith leaps!" I feel the need to do some leaping in my life. God bless and congratulations on your new blog! May it be a blessing to many! And, bless you for being obedient to the Will of the Lord.
Hey sis,
ReplyDeleteLoving the blog I would answer the questions on here but you'd be mad lol. You bring up valid points! I do know I'm only put on earth for God's purpose but I'm too bull headed right now to do anything about it! I need to get self out the way. I have a vague idea as to what God wants me to do and I want him to clear it up for me but I know He will not fully reveal until I am ready. I will need to "draw near to Him" as the word says. Keep up the good work! Love you!
